The terminal offers multi-level user accesses.
There are four levels – from the highest level to the lowest level:
Password Hierarchy
- Administrator password
- Manager Password
- Supervisor Password
- Clerk Password
Each level can create multiple users. You can setup maximum 9 administrator user IDs, maximum 10 manager IDs, maximum 10 supervisor IDs and up to 200 clerk IDs.
Each user can setup their own customized password.
A higher-level password is accepted in the place of a lower-level password.
Example: if the application prompts for the clerk password, then the supervisor, manager and administrator passwords will also be accepted.
