Unpacking the box

Remove the items from the box. You should have the following items:

• Ingenico DESK 5000 terminal with thermal paper roll installed (1)
• Power cable and adaptor (2)
• Stylus Pen & holder (3)
• Pin Pad Privacy Shield (4)
• Ethernet Cable (not included)

DESK 1500 (External Pin Pad)- Optional

If you have ordered the optional External Pin Pad for your DESK 5000 terminal, you will find the following items:

• DESK 1500 External Pin Pad
• USB cable

Note: If you have ordered the DESK 1500 External Pin Pad, BNA will have it already connected to the DESK 5000 terminal.
